You may learn a bit more about how you are naturally suited to deal with conflict and how you tend to process discomfort and which tools you’re most comfortable using to interact with adversity based on your human design profile numbers.

What is human design?
Human design is a system that weaves together the following mystic traditions: Atrology, Kabbalah, Chakra system, and I-Ching principles. HD is based on your birth date, time, and location and provides an energetic blueprint of how you operate (best).
My personal view of human design offers gallery of tools and terms that give you permission to be how you already are. how you innately are.
What is the profile?
The human design profile number for our purposes speaks to the types of tools that you are most inclined to use. It’s the mechanism through which you move through the world.
The profile shows us kind of the way that we are most suited to move through the world. You’ll notice that for the profile, you have two numbers. And the first number is the more conscious number. It might be the one that when you hear about it or read about it – feels more correct, or it feels more obvious to you.
The second number is unconscious. So you might not notice it as much. Or you’ll feel that it’s there, but had never maybe put words to it or thought of it so explicitly. I would say look at both numbers, understanding that the first number is going to be potentially easier to adapt and work with.
there are six profile numbers which correspond with the six lines in the I Ching hexagrams. There can be 12 different profiles and a profile is made up of an unconscious number and a conscious number.
